Patrina Williams is the founder and director of Complete Choice Personal Care LLC, formerly known as Complete Choice Community Care, Inc., established in 2007 and licensed to operate in December 2009. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Patrina has served as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant, Practical Nurse, and Supervisor managing more than 2500 employees and clients. Her leadership is built on compassion, discipline, and a commitment to service.
Born with an atrial septum defect (ASD), she underwent open-heart surgery early in life, an experience that ignited her calling to provide exceptional care to others. Today, she channels that passion into her healthcare agency, serving the elderly and disabled with dignity and grace.
As a successful entrepreneur, Patrina is also a respected business consultant, using her expertise to support other small business owners. She offers strategic guidance in areas such as staff development, marketing, budgeting, compliance, and state licensure. Her credibility is grounded in real-world experience: she has maintained full state compliance for over 15 years, managed multimillion-dollar contracts, and built a trusted brand in the personal care industry. Patrina is a go-to resource for those starting or growing service-based businesses, especially in healthcare.
Her commitment to community runs deep. Patrina is an annual sponsor at Brilliant Mindz Community Center, where she volunteers over 50 hours each year, helping to support after-school programs and community initiatives. Alongside her family, she also organizes holiday outreach efforts to feed the elderly, unhoused, and less fortunate families during Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Believing deeply in the power of education, Patrina awards two scholarships annually to high school seniors pursuing careers in the medical field, helping to cultivate the next generation of healthcare professionals.
